Manage Library shows access, but server shows Not Authorized

Player Version#: web and Roku (not sure version)
I have shared my server libraries with friends and family for years. In particular, I have shared home videos with my mother. Sometime in the last week, she lost access. Logging onto her account shows the server with access to 3 libraries in Manage Library Access, but when she goes to the More> menu, and selects the server, it says she does not have access to this server. This happens both through browser and on Roku. I (admin) have remote access to all my libraries on both devices.
