Hello first off merry christmas!
I have a question regarding manage recommendstions. I have season recommendstions enabled on server however when i go to home on Shield or iOS or any player i dont see the season recommendation. Is there an additional setting? Server runs on Windows 11
Have you pinned the library in question on the Android‘s sidebar / home screen?
Each of these hubs has 3 checkboxes. Which have you ticked, and where are you expecting to find the hub?
Is the player actually logged into the same plex account? Has it been re-started recently?
Yes the folders are pinned to sidebar and yes the app has been restarted.
I have two movie folders ons is called movies and one is called 4K movies both are pinned and both folders have al 3 options checked but when i open start i dont see season movies recommendation so for instance no santa Nice list available on homescreen on any device.
Is there anyone who can help me out with the season recommendations not working on Windows 11 ? All available boxes are checked and the folders are pinned to sidebar however recommendations not visible on any platform. Is there a setting i missed? Gr.
I’d say at this stage you should try a repair of your server database.
Use the .bat file to make this as convenient as possible

Thanks i will give this a try. I have Plex database saved on a separate disk will this script still work if the database location is not in the default location ?
Yes. It will fetch the location of the DB from the registry.
This works as long as you run it under the same Windows user account as your Plex server is running. (Unless you run it as Windows service that is pretty much always the case.)
Stop Plex server beforehand, using its task tray icon.
Ok thanks i will try this is there a way for me to figure out of the database is broken before i run this ?
It will perform a check itself. The repair may also help if the regular check spits out no error.
Open a cmd.exe window and run the .bat in there, if you want to follow the messages it returns.
