Managed Accounts stopped working overnight

Since yesterday night when I log into any Managed accounts I no longer see their specific content, like recently viewed shows and stream, but I see a mirrored version of my main account. If I watch something in my main account or in any of the managed accounts I see the actions being mirrored trough all the accounts. I lost all my viewed list as well as favorite and rating on all the managed accounts.

So i tried to create a new account and the same issue is happening but starting from today I am even unable to play content on the managed accounts:

As a follow-up to the original report and in an abundance of caution due to a population of servers still on an affected Plex Media Server version (versions 1.41.7.x to 1.42.0.x), we have made adjustments for access to affected servers. Thank you guys, it’s been fixed by the manual update. Probably the security breach was stopping the update status to refresh. So installing the newer version of Plex Media Player manually fixed the issue with managed accounts too.
