[BUG] PMS - 1.18.1.1973 - Home User issues with live TV (HDHOMERUN)

Plex version: 1.18.1.1973
OS: Linux (Ubuntu 18)
Issue:

On my PMS I have 3 Home Users created and all 3 users have access to watch live tv. After updating to the version listed above. 2 of 3 of the the Home users can’t watch live tv, only my admin account can.

I understand logs are needed, I downloaded the logs from one of the user accounts in question…
this is what I was getting, which pretty much repeats.

No class found for element GDataXMLElement 0x2803062e0: {type:1 name:Field xml:""}

onscreen it just says and error has occurred.

Problem Solved*

Rolled back to a previous snapshot which was running Plex Version 1.18.0.1944.
Works like a charm now.

I have a similar issue. 3 users total (1 admin + 2 home users). Home users can play back on Web but not thru Roku app. Admin can play back on web and Roku. Ubuntu 16.04 Plex version 1.18.1.1973

This bug was introduced in last update. No official word from Plex but many of us have it confirmed.

yah i see that now, once i rolled back to a previous snap shot it works like a charm now.
