Managed Users Cannot Access Single Shared Media

My managed users can see the shared item under ‘Users & Sharing’, but they cannot access it via either the left hand menu or within ‘Users & Sharing’. See screenshots below. What am I doing wrong?

The home video ‘1982 - HK’ was shared by the admin ‘aaronbaronaldo’ to the managed user ‘test user’. This is what ‘test user’ sees:

In left hand menu; There is no menu item for ‘Shared’

Have you set any restrictions for that user that conflict with this video?
e.g. sharing an R rated horror movie with a managed user limited to a „little kid“ profile

No restrictions on the user, but I just figured out the fix. I had to restart the Plex server for some reason for the changes to take effect.
