Thanks for reading into my issue.
I recently shared my personal Plex “movies” with a family member. They used the link Plex generated and made an account to view the media I shared with them. However, whenever they try to access my “movies” they get “the user hasn’t shared anything with you yet”, but I definitely have. I have tried many things to get this to work but I am out of options.

I see that you have restrictions set for movies. Did you actually share a movie library and there is content matching the rule?
Another possibility is that if your family member didn’t have a Plex account before, they would have received 2 emails. 2 to create a Plex account and another for the sharing. Did they actually accept the share from the 2nd email after creating their account?
I read on another thread that choosing all the restrictions instead of “all” solved their issue, so that’s what I did there with the restrictions.
I will ask again about confirming the second email for share request and see if that solves the problem I am having.
