I have a problem where the download option is not available for my managed users, It still works for me. They can also download over the Android app and I have tried to remove and add the users again to no avail. Any tips?
Only the server admin has access the Download/Save File option in the web browser. which is a direct download like if you just saved an image in a website you visit
The Downloads feature is a totally separate thing and is only available in the dedicated Desktop app, Android mobile app and iOS mobile app for any user. It does thing like downloading a whole show, playlist, new episodes automatically as they are available, and things like only Unwatched, etc. The web app does not have this feature for anyone.
