Missing Downloads option with Server on mobile and web app

I am a Plex subscriber and I don’t use this feature a lot, but today, I noticed it is now gone. As this feature has been removed.
Server Version#: 1.32.5.7210
Player Version#: web app 4.109.2

The “official” downloads feature is only available on desktop and mobile apps. The admin-only ‘Download File’ option in the web app was renamed to ‘Save File’ recently though (likely to avoid confusion with the Downloads feature).
