Manually adding a missing movie?

If you’d like this movie to be matched properly by PMS, do the following:

  1. Create a directory named “Extra Ordinary (2019)” in the directory to which your library is pointed.
  2. In the newly created directory, place the media file, renamed to “Extra Ordinary (2019).mp4”.
  3. Configure whatever agent you’re using for your Movie library such that Local Media Assets is at the bottom of the list:

  4. Perform a manual library scan.

To your point that all your other media files are named the same and work fine, it just doesn’t matter. This being the item which proves it.
