Manually entering IP doesn't work for VBox Tuners

When I manually enter the IP Adress of my tuner it can’t be found.

From the logs I found that plex is doing a post-request to IP:55555/devices/discover to discover the available tuners of my vbox.
When I manually enter the ip in lex it is doing a get-request to IP/discover.json.

I checked that the tuner’s IP is reachable from my server and it is neither a IP issues nor a port issue.

From my understanding the manually IP entering lacks the check for VBox Tuners.
