This just started happening the other day. Pretty weird.
3 things partially watched. Click on one, mark “unplayed”. All 3 get marked unplayed.
Separate shows, etc.
After marking one, nothing in progress. Actually appears to clear the playback status for that episode.
so when you go into the library, Arrow S01E01 shows as unplayed, but still puts E02 On Deck?
@BigWheel Arrow S01E01 was the one I marked as played (just to illustrate). What you are seeing is a before / after.
I guess I should say, both marked played & unplayed are doing the same “clear all” behavior
I don’t see any mention of DB corruption in logs but wondering, if you can optimize database and tell me if that helps at all.
if you go into the library itself ( rather than On Deck) and look at that BoJack horseman S01E01 it is marked however you did Arrow? I am wondering if you had BoJack S01E02 unwatched would it show up in On Deck as well along with Arrow E02.
Oddly enough, that Bojack is showing as completely unplayed…

Also worth mentioning. I’ve never opened Bojack. So why it was in progress is…odd…
Do you have the TraktTV plugin installed? Do you have home users who might have watched BoJack
I do have the plugin installed.
Possibly? Not under my account. Shared out though.
I have not used that plugin in forever but seen a number of issues like this related to it. I would at least uninstall temporarily and see if that fixes issue.

Yeah, unfortunately there isn’t a way to pipe the libraries to their interface otherwise.
They do have a new Webhooks thing but I think that requires you pay for their membership.
edit scratch that. if i recall that only writes their server it won’t write back to your PMS

Yeah, and I’m ok with that. It just doesn’t seem to be able to walk the library to determine what I have.
However, that’s not a Plex issue. I just tested it an it was for sure the plugin. I appreciate the help.
