Massive problems with the TV and recording function

We now have massive problems with the TV and recording function. PMS is running here on a Synology Diskstation 918+, on TV devices we have the TVButler via USB and the VBox TV Gateway via LAN, which receive the cable signal from Vodafone, formerly Unitymedia. Up until three weeks ago everything worked fine, since then only ARD can be received sporadically, all other channels show “Playback Error. Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna”. It is not due to the TV provider or the devices, which are fully functional outside PMS.

How can this be solved? What other information / log files can we provide? Thank you for your support!
