When I try to match any content with “Fix Match” agent, it doesn’t show any match. When I try to match it manually also shows nothing, so I can’t match any content. Any help? Thank you.
What agent is your library set to. So nothing in library is matched or is it something specific?
In movies:
Scanner → Plex Movie
Agent → Plex Movie
In TV Shows:
Scanner → Plex TV Series
Agent → Plex TV Series
When I try to change to another agent (i.e. TheTVDB) Plex gives me a message that is better to use their most updated agent “Plex TV Serie” (it also applies to movies). Thanks.
New content I’m adding is not matching. Previous content is working fine.
Will need to see your server logs from after adding something new or trying to manually match

Thanks for logs. I see an error I have not seen before but need to wait for some folks to come online to ask them about it.
hey, can you please restart your server then grab a new set of logs. we think the agents are not starting properly but need to see the logs from when the server starts up.
