Please provide some more details. Example of a movie. Is it not matching or getting matched incorrectly, or you can’t tell? Blindly looking at your log won’t tell me what the problem is.
Some movies will match and the rest of the movies will not match no incorrect matching. In the console I see MetadataAgent [tv.plex.agents.movie]: Unable to find any provider matches for ‘1917’. 1917.mkv
For one which does not match, please give
- The name of the movie
- The exact file name as you have it (including extension)
It works fine on my other plex server. Just not on the new server
You are not following Plex’s naming guide. When you do that, getting things to match is YMMV, even if it worked on another machine.
Not sure where you see that error, but I see this as how you’ve named your file 1917-SEG_MainFeature_t01.mkv. That’s not going to work.
I will go though and rename all movies to right naming scheme
