I’ve done nothing different to my server. Yesterday, I was able to load content and match the files. Today, I’m unable to do that. It just sits there and spins. I have the other media options above local within the agent. I’ve rebooted the service and the server, and I’m still having an issue.
Not sure where to go from here.
Seeing the same issue. Using the new ‘Plex Movie’ agent, and it’s not matching anything anymore (starting today). Manual search is not finding anything either.

Seems likely to be an outage because I’m running into the same issue. It started not working for me within the last hour.
