Plex and Plex Legacy movie agents are not connecting/coming up with results for the last hour. Something broken?

They’re both working for me. Matching and metadata and art.
Edit: Ohhhh, searching/manual matching seems super duper slow. Maybe broken. HTTP 408 errors. Yeah, that’s not right.
Plex Agent is not working for me. Series agents only.
Restart of the server resolved the issue.
It was the first thing I tried. Unsuccessfully.

I don’t think the restart was related. I didn’t restart. Plex services are responding quickly again.
Also not working for me. The Legacy agent doesn’t seem to search at all, for anything. The new agent isn’t very at all and needs work. I select the correct match, but no images or meta data downloads. Any idea?

I can’t speak to the old agent, but the new agent will exhibit that behavior until you’ve gone into your preferences and upgraded an existing library as discussed here https://support.plex.tv/articles/upgrading-a-movie-library-to-the-use-the-new-plex-movie-agent/
i’m having issues too. not matching anything properly, but the status page shows everything as working correctly. and i’ve upgraded my library/restarted my server:

Having issues here this morning (GMT). nothing matching automatically. Wont find a match at all under fix match unless selecting TMDB and even then when you click on the title that matches it doesn’t update the metadata.
Clearly an issue with the Plex agents and metadata at the moment. Needs fixing ASAP
I am experiencing problems as well, same as above, using new plex server on a Shield TV, was working fine Yesterday and for the last week and a half or so.
Mine was working fine last night but for the last few hours its failed to grab anything.

briefly started working again for me just now. Got two films matched using fix match then it stopped finding stuff again 
Seems to be tempremental at the moment
