Matching/ Match Fix not working

Hi,

I’ve noticed Plex is unable to match several local media files I just added, despite every combo of renaming. When I try to manually fix the matches through the website Plex Movie is unable to search or find matches for these items, with very unique titles. Is there currently an issue with this functionality?

Please show actual examples of

  • your file names
  • the folder structure where your files are stored and which folder level the library has been pointed at
  • the library type and the chosen Scanner and Agent settings in the library properties

Hi there,

I tried again about 8 hours later and the Plex Movie Agent was working again and I was able to match the media. Seems to be a case of the Plex Movie Agent being ‘offline’ or something similar.
