Since upgrading the matching, no movies have been matching. Manually searching will find the match through either the legacy service or movie database, but selecting either does not import metadata. Any help would be appreciated.
Would you mind sharing some details… basics include an example of how the files are named.
If you can find the right movies when manually matching them but no metadata is being stored this could mean there’s an issue with the database. Could you verify if the database is ok?
