I decided to edit the XML for a series (Caprica) after reading how intractable TVDB was about adding DVD extras to their listings, and me wanting said DVD extras listed properly in Plex.
To my shock and dismay, I can no longer find the media info window that has typically been the home of the get xml link.
Running 3.57.1 web/1.13.2.5154 Plex server on a x64 Synology.
The Plex XML info is where it has always been.
I am not sure what you mean with ‘editing the XML’. That’s not something what’s available by default.
So there is no way to customize a series, adding missing episodes that TVDB refuses to acknowledge?
If you really want to do it, you will need to use the XML files from Kodi.
There is a custom metadata agent necessary for that.
