I can’t get Plex to scan sub directories in my music folder on qnap nas. it will only scan music in the top level.

What is your naming format for your music? A couple of ways I have seen Plex work is
Artist - album title
Artist (folder)
|_
Album (folder)
I have a main dirextoey as music then I use the artist as directory then album title as sub directory. I have multiple albums in each artist directory. Eg Music/CCR/greatest hits/.MP3 : Music/CCR/70s/.MP3
The one ablum I moved to the root directory which I call music was scanned in but no others. Eg music/greatest hits. I’ve checked permissions on sub directories and these look correct.
