Media libraries not finding matches automatically or manually

I have tons of movies and TV shows that the Plex Movie Agent is unable to match. I have tried manually and auto match. I have added the year to the name of the file, no help. When I try to match the media manually, like renaming the movie and adding the year, once I click search those values are overwritten. These are big budget Hollywood movies with A list actors, I could understand if these where low budget films no one had ever heard of.

Movies include:
The 33 (2015)
The Help (2014)
among others

  3. Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
  4. Attach the ZIP file it gives you here
