For example: Matching movies with a totally different name under the same movie.
I activated the debug logs and did a refresh meta data on the biggest matching movies (114).
That’s very strange, is this a new library or one that you upgraded to the new agent?
The logs you provided don’t really help as I need to see what happened during the initial scan, could you create a new library, let it scan in and then send me the logs again?
Thanks! Those logs are helpful and I can see the issue is happening on our cloud matching service and I’ve reported the problem (although it is now weekend so not sure when I’ll get a response).
Seems it’s for some reason thinking that /media in your path is part of the movie name
I am also having problem with match movies, try to match the Vin Diesel 2002 movie XXX and the agent did not find anything so I delete Plex Version 1.20.1.3252 and install 1.20.1.3232 and the agent is working again.
My guess is your movie directory is Y:\Servidor de Plex? The issue is likely that subdirectories like Peliculas 1080p\ are considered movie folders so once it matches one movie, all others are considered versions of tht same movie. This wouldn’t be new behaviour though. If that isn’t the case, then it is likely a variant of the same bug above.
My movie route is Y:\Servidor de Plex\Peliculas 1080p\
Inside Y:\Servidor de Plex\ are the folders of series, documentaries and other things.
The folder assigned to the movie library is Y:\Servidor de Plex\Peliculas 1080p\
I’ve seen this mistake happen to other people in the telegram group as well, and with the same movie names as me.
With the old agent it works perfectly. With the new one we have this problem.
In this folder there are no extras or anything at all, just single films as indicated in the plex FAQ.
