My agent plex media is not working

Server Version#:1.32.8.7639-fb6452ebf
Player Version#: windows 11

My agent plex media is not looking for matches from my libraries, before it gets completely corrupted I pass a lot of movies from one folder to another and then fail now it finds no matches I installed the latest version and also the beta, I also optimized the database and cleared cache but it remains the same

Without plex server logs, file names or any useful debug content I am not sure what information I can provide, I am not a psychic.

When scanning media, do not move things around. Either stop it and move or wait for the scan to finish first. Second Try the Plex Dance for missing things, and third I am going to bet you have issues with your file naming.

i upload my logs

  1. you have network issues Could not resolve host: plex.tv
  2. You have file file naming issues G:\ESTRENOS\Código Emperador 2022 WEB-DL 1080p Castellano PGD\Código.Emperador.2022.WEB-DL.1080p.Castellano.PGD.mkv
  3. You disabled debug logging making your logs contain less information.

Fix your network/DNS issues, review the Plex naming standards, re-enable debug logs, and Plex Dance your media.

I was on the network I thought that there I was somewhat blocked by the fimeware I even reset the network of the whole house but nothing the problem is not the names of the folders it does not even work manually, I reset the network as it was before and it solved the connection also I enabled the debugging I send the new logs again

With those logs What file did you Plex dance?

i use in my library whit logs i use Plex dance

I can tell you looking at the Plex Media Scanner.log you have NOT followed EVERY step as required for the plex dance. Please pick 2-3 movies and follow ALL of the instructions for doing the Plex Dance, then post fresh logs, and include those file names.

I’ve done it several times and optimized the database, even deleted the trash, and performed a manual scan on a couple of movies and attached the latest records.

@Neuroryuu I am asking you to follow specific steps in a specific order with specific files in order to observe what is happening in your log files. Just because you did something in the past does not mean that the information is going to be captured in the logs I am seeing.

Please pick 2-3 movies, and only 2-3, doing your entire library will make this harder to observe, Please include the exact file name, and file location for these movies.

  1. Create a new folder G:\Plex_dance_temp
  2. Move these 2-3 movies to that folder
  3. scan the library library (to detect changes)
  4. empty trash
  5. clean bundles (in menu next to server name, when accessed under ‘More’)
  6. Make sure the movie files/folders match Plex Naming Standards
  7. Close & Relaunch Plex
  8. Wait 3-4 minutes
  9. Move the movies from G:\Plex_dance_temp back to your library
  10. Scan your library
  11. Wait for scan to finish, then wait 2-3 minutes and grab fresh logs and upload them

In your post please include both the logs and the filename & location of these movies.

Good afternoon. I have a similar problem.
Of the available agents, only Plex Movie works. But even it does not manage to load posters correctly, even when I try to manually select a poster from all the posters loaded during metadata update. The logs are attached.
The other agents don’t work at all.

@Yaroslav can you please create your own thread? As mentioned above please perform a Plex dance and include the filename/location to assist in troubleshooting
