I need help? I don’t know why my media will not scan to library files. Is it due to the updates that I installed? please help!
To give any kind of reasonable answer you will need to provide:
Details including your naming and structure and where your library is pointing and type of library.
What hardware your system is running on, both the server and the clients.
How your network is structured and how your devices are connected.
Version numbers both before and after the “updates” and exactly what “updates” you are talking about.
Log files - This is VERY important.
Any other info you can think of.
