I’ve been trying Plex server (I’m a new user) I’ve added a folder to my media library but not all the media is showing up in my library.
For instance in my folder TV Shows there are over 300 shows yet Plex only shows 36 in the library. I’ve ran the scan several times but to no avail.
How do I get Plex to index and show my media in the library?
The most common issue causing Plex not to add a TV Show are non-compliant file names or folder structures. Plex will only add shows that have a sXXeYY pattern (where XX is the season number and YY the episode number).
Plex will also ignore not supported formats such as ISO disk images.
