The only difference is Windows 10 on playback device and Windows 11 on the other.
I deleted codecs, cache, plex_temp, and still the same issue. This is getting frustrating. I either get a GREEN screen playback or a BLACK screen playback.
I don’t know what to do next, any help would be appreciated.
Further information. Seems like codecs in the Windows versions are different, but I don’t know if this contributes to the issue in any way.

I’m not sure how to tell if it’s a Windows codec issue or a Plex issue.
Playback in Plex Web is either Black screen or Green Screen. My television is also not able to play these movies. A movie I was watching a month ago now says something like, “unaccessible”. I see some minor errors in Plex, but cannot figure out why plex started acting like this over the past few updates. Movies that played fine a month ago, now FAIL to play. My PMS installed on Windows 10. Is Windows 10 unsupported now? Should I migrate to Linux? Adding log files for review if anyone has time to help me figure this out.
