Roku Posters Grayed Out

I am having a recurring issue on my Roku devices with the posters not loading. This happens on both the Roku Ultra and the Roku TV. Basically, when I open Plex, it will only show gray posters. Eventually, it will load but it can take up to 5 minutes. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? It seems very intermittent as sometimes it will load instantly and others take forever. No other issues playing any of these files though. See image below:

This happens for me as well, but only sometimes. Completely random as far as I can tell.
