My server has started to crash (I guess after an update) when I play certain media files that worked without any problems before. I tried to update to the latest beta version but it has the same problem.
Is there anyone from the dev team that could take a look at the crash report?
Which OS is you Plex Media Server installed on?
Windows 10 1903, Plex version 1.18.3.2129.
If using intel hw acceleration, there are numerous threads on the issue. You can disable hw acceleration or downgrade drivers or plex.
