I downloaded the new Plex app on my Xbox One and keep getting this error . I update the app on my Windows 8 computer and also did a repair on the downloadable content.  I still am getting this error.  What does it mean? How can I fix it?  How do I see what version of the server I have on my computer?

I am having the same issue.  I have 0.9.9.14 installed.  When I go to downloads Plex Media Server download area for Windows, the version says 0.9.9.14.531.  Is there a link somewhere else that I'm not following to get 0.9.10.3?

I have 0.9.10.3 installed from plexpass but Plex on the Xbox is telling me that my server is not supported and "server version 0.9.11.0 or higher required" but I can't find this version for download :/

My server works fine as my Roku can connect to it fine but Xbox doesn't want to know.

I did but I managed to resolve this by shutting the Xbox down properly rather than the usual shutdown which just seems to put the unit to sleep. Thanks for the help anyway and apologies if I missed something that was already posted in another thread.

when i go look at the server version it doesnt say server next to web and devices. it says my version is 2.2.7.

@martytho - what URL are you going to? 2.2.7 is the web application version.
