I have gotten very little help from Plex on this - which is incredibly disappointing. Last month Kaspersky was withdrawn in the US - and they chose to replace itself without any notification with some 3rd rate “partner”. Since that time I’ve had no access to my Server. I’ve followed all of the guidelines (including multiple attempts at reclaiming using the latest methods) and reinstalled Plex server. All I get now is the black screen of death.
Could someone PLEASE help me!!
