Media Server not showing mobile sync items

I did a mobile sync of a few movies to an IOS app logged in as a managed home user

and it all appears to work (Plex pass premium). I can go offline on the IOS app and they are there and working.

However, from the actual media server (logged in as the home user owner/crown), if I go to the Sync section and try to view the sync items to this phone, all I get is a blank page with the “loading” circle that just goes forever if I’d let it. I never get to see the items that were synced by the phone.

You will only see synced items which you, as the server owner, have synced.
