Can someone please help. Having an absolute nightmare with Plex on the Nvidia Shield 2017 version. Since i added Plex and the media server it must have stopped about 6 or 7 times, with no way of starting it again. When you try in the settings you get the spinning wheel then nothing. Every time i’m forced to factory reset the Nvidia Shield and start again. It’s taken me this time 2 days to get my library back to how it was and then the very next day the media server stopped again with no way of starting it. This time i tried to force stop the media server and uninstall the updates and re-install them but all this did was add another 2 servers alongside the one i cannot access, so now i have 3 servers, 2 blank and one with my folders but cannot access them as can’t start the server. I’m really at the end of my patience with it. I’ve checked on the forums and it seems to be an issue for quite a lot of people dating back years but cannot find any solutions that work. I just want to know why it’s happening. Please can someone help?
For the info the internal storage on my shield has 9GB spare and the Plex storage location was moved onto a 128GB SSD pen drive to improve the speed of the menus etc.
