I’ve been trying to get support for this issue for two weeks now, but cant seem to get a response from Plex. My PMS disappeared off my 2017 Nvidia Shield and I am not able to set up a new one. Have deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared data etc etc, but consistently just get to the Plex Media Server setup screen and it just hangs. I’d be really appreciative of some help in sorting this out. Cant seem to get any answers out of Plex or Nvidia for that matter.
