Media Server won't load on new Mac

Have had my Mac repaired and they provided a fresh hard-drive/ OS.

can install the plex app, and the plex server appears to load (icon in top right) but it simply won’t load inside the plex app.

I’ve added the plex media server log and plex crash uploader log in the link. anyone able to tell me what is wrong?

When you open menu bar item and choose open Plex does it open in browser so you can claim it?

weirdly now i can claim it (did nothing different in between), but when i go to add my media libraries it says ’ changed could not be saved’…?

Try restarting the server to fix the changes could not be saved thing
