Merging two libraries / folders

I have two hard drives on my server. The first one filled up so I mounted my hard drive to /home/josh/plexmedia2 and added that library. But now I have two TV Shows library and two Movies libraries. I want to merge them into one.

Server Version#: 1.18.7.2457
Player Version#: Web 4.37.1
