I’m Nick and come from Holland. I use Plex for a couple of years, but i’m not that technical.
Since last week I added a movie to my Plex library, only it can’t get the correct metadata. Normally there was the info, posters etc. that I could choose from. Now I noticed the following, see both print screens. I tried to change agents, but nothing worked?
Do you know how I can solve this?

If Plex fails to identify a movie this is usually based on some issue with the file naming. If you follow the naming schema and use the official names of those items, you’ll rarely need to correct a match (if ever).
As for your screenshots… I’m not exactly sure what you’re trying to emphasize. It looks like one got matched (context menu allows to fix/correct that match) while the other one isn’t matched at all (context menu offering you to match it)
