Plex Media Server Logs_2019-07-27_18-07-29.zip (1.6 MB)
I have been running PLEX for a couple years now and have never had any issues with agents finding metadata for my media. Today I had to redo my FreeNas, jail, and Plex plugin so I had to make a new Plex Server as a result. I was able to find my media however I am unable to get any of the metadata that i had before. When I go to Fix Match or Match and do even a manual search nothing shows up. Just blank search result. I have all agents enabled and changed the priority order around but no success. I also am unable to playback any of my media on several different devices. Apple TV, iPhone, Chrome Web Browser. Just shows black screen and seems like its always buffering. Attached are the logs.
Any help please? Can’t playback media on any device and can’t get any metadata
Is the new jail setup with VNET enabled!?
Btw why did you have to redo!? If it’s not related to plex you should be to restore the previous db and metadata.
I had to redo because I was running the PLEX jail and plugin off a separate flash drive which died and I got lots of transcoding and device errors. It was good for 4-5 years. Now I realize I should have put the Plex Jail and Plugin on my main Raid ZFS Volume. Anyways I don’t remember having to do anything with VNET before. I even restored my FreeNAS 9.10 settings and configuration when I updated to 11.2.
