I recently connected my Plex server (via synology Nas) on a Netgear M60 mesh router that is connected to ATT gateway through IP Passthrough. I can access the plex server without a problem, however I am unable to download metadata for any movies I have on here.
This has been bugging me for about a week now. Has anyone had this issue come up? I am able to provide logs as well.
Just did a fresh install of PMS on my Synology and now canāt pull down any metadata. If I manually change the Agent in the library settings to āThe Movie Databaseā it works, but when left on the āPlex Movieā option it doesnāt work. Was previously working okay for me yesterday.
ā¦also tried changing the order of preference for the agents, but makes no difference unless I change from āPlex Movieā in the library advanced agent setting. Thanks.

The āMatchā function is not working after the latest update for me either. It does not seem to search externally or check The Movie Database or other sites. Any help is greatly appreciated!
