PMS not fetching video metadata

Server Version#: DSM7
Player Version#: 1.25.8.5663

I recently connected my Plex server (via synology Nas) on a Netgear M60 mesh router that is connected to ATT gateway through IP Passthrough. I can access the plex server without a problem, however I am unable to download metadata for any movies I have on here.

This has been bugging me for about a week now. Has anyone had this issue come up? I am able to provide logs as well.

Just did a fresh install of PMS on my Synology and now can’t pull down any metadata. If I manually change the Agent in the library settings to ā€˜The Movie Database’ it works, but when left on the ā€˜Plex Movie’ option it doesn’t work. Was previously working okay for me yesterday.

Any thoughts please? Thank you.

…also tried changing the order of preference for the agents, but makes no difference unless I change from ā€˜Plex Movie’ in the library advanced agent setting. Thanks.

In my case, I did a fresh install of PMS and even changing the order of the agent doesn’t work for me. I gave attached the log below. Thanks for your help!

Thanks, both logs show very similar symptoms but I’m not yet sure what the root cause is. I’m investigating.

The ā€œMatchā€ function is not working after the latest update for me either. It does not seem to search externally or check The Movie Database or other sites. Any help is greatly appreciated! :slight_smile:
