I’m having the weirdest problem…
I’ve spent the day trying to create a consolidated library which contains the content of all my other libraries.
But whenever I add a folder to either a new or existing library, I get metadeta and images for maybe 1 in 10 movies. The rest get just movie title and year.
The files all exist in other libraries and work fine.
I’d tried everything I could think of. Plex dancing, both the Plex and TheMovieDB agents, clearing cache on the server, tidying up file and folder names, and was getting nowhere!
Until I accidentally changed the language of the Library to DANSK!
Added the folder, and everything appeared perfectly, although with some titles switched to Danish…
I’ve been working on individual movies, and have confirmed that the metadata is returned correctly in multiple languages, but not in English.
Also, if I match to the wrong movie (in English), metadata comes down correctly (but for the wrong movie obv…)
Interestingly, I can manually fix match and select the correct movie, andI get artwork (posters, background, etc.) for the English version, but have to apply them manually. Defaults to a screenshot after match. No movie info, cast, etc.
Have been continuously Plex Dancing.
Disabled IPV6 as per another user’s suggestion.
Reset plugins, emptied cache diretories, restarted server, and still the problem persists.

(I’ve been using X-Men: Apocalypse as my test movie, but it’s happening with about 20 others too)
