Since updating PMS to the above version, newly added television shows, whole series, and movies are not being matched and no metadata is being downloaded. I can also confirm that attempts to manually search for said metadata in the ‘Match’ dialog finds no matches, despite that I know all of these are listed in TVDB.
Not sure what has gone wrong. Is there a way to download and install the prior version of PMS and install that to get things working?

I am also having the same issue. I change to the legacy agents and the meta-data is downloaded. But if I change to the Plex agents, then nothing is downloaded
FWIW I was able to correct this by downloading a fresh ZIP of the software and installing that to overwrite the updated version. Not at all sure why that fixed things, but I thought it might help to know.
I am also having this issue. In fact, since the upgrade to this new version (same as listed in OP) the new Plex Agents, a few of the shows I have lost their metadata completely (rings of power, only murders in the building). New movies and shows I’m trying to add are completely blank and not found (ex: Sinners, Accountant 2, Rick and Morty season 8).
I’m having a similar issue. I run my plex server on my Synology, but access and adjust my metadata from my Macbook. But no matter what I do, it fails to find any matches and wont put in metadata, not even when I change my agents. I’ve tried a fresh install of the most current plex server on my NAS and reinstalled the Plex app on my macbook.
EDIT: I’ve also tried to download the latest Beta version with the same results.
Add me to the list - Metadata just stops working (instant “NO MATCH FOUND”) when trying. I have to restart Plex and then it starts working again. I’m running Plex on Windows.
I’m also started to encounter this where plex refuses to identify anything or search for the metadata. I just keep getting the message that it can’t be found. I tested it with a series which already had all the metadata sorted and listed. I moved it and waited till it disappeared from the library and then returned it and now it has nothing.
Same issue here. No metadata at all on new items, or a random image from the movie as main art in some cases. Really weird.
