Metadata anomaly

I have added The City of the Dead (1960 film) to my Plex library. All metadata pulls correctly from Plex Movie with the exception of the cast. The only item that appears there is “Vulture Grindhouse,” which is not a production credit that I can find to be associated in any way with this film. I have never encountered this issue previously. The cast information is showing correctly in the appropriate entry on themoviedb.org and also on imdb. Nothing happens differently when I select The Movie Database as the meta agent. How can I force the cast information to pull correctly???

Is this a mp4/m4v file?
If it is, do this:
Go to

  • Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheTVDB

In there, grab the line ‘Local Media Assets’ with your mouse and drag it downwards, so it ends up being at the bottom of the stack of active agents.
Repeat the same under

  • Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheMovieDatabase
  • Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - Plex Movie
  • Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase

Then Refresh Metadata of the movie.
