TMDb Metadata not refreshing cast images / Mac OS Yosemite

Just trying to pull in some cast images that I’ve posted in actor profiles at TMDb (ones that are blank in Plex.
I’ve done this before and been rewarded by seeing my edits refresh/appear in Plex - I also see it as a sort of service and tribute to the actors.
In the Plex Movie tab, I have Plex Movie set as the top level “additional agent” for Plex Movie and TMDb selected as the Cast List Source, Ratings Source, Plot Summary Source (and checked the radio box to “use collection info from” TMDb) in the Plex Movie agent settings.
I have TMDb followed by Plex Movie as the the two top level “additional agents” in the TMDB agent.
I’ve refreshed and analyzed my entire movie library as well as specific individual files numerous times, deleted the cache files in users/me/library/application support/plex media server/plug-in support/caches, and re-started plex numerous times.
I’ve also carefully checked the file names ex; Movie (1979).mp4 etc…
This has worked pretty easily for me, previously.
Any suggestions?

OK - just for user’s information, I fixed it by selecting “Edit…” from the manage library link in my movies library, and changing the drop down menu for “agent” to TMDb from Plex Movie and refreshed the metadata for that library. The cast data/pics from TMDb immediately populated my app.
Not sure how that setting may have changed over time, but there you have it.
