When I add a movie to the server, Plex no longer automatically grabs and saves the movie metadata. When I manually match the metadata, the system will take about 60 seconds to find matches. I then click on the correct movie, but nothing happens (the metadata match screen goes away, and the metadata hasn’t changed).
I’ve manually optimized the database, cleaned the bundles, and emptied the trash even though these are done as part of the scheduled tasks.
I’ve searched for answers, but I’m not finding anything related quite like what I’m experiencing. I guess I can’t attach my Plex log, so I’m sending a google drive link. Thank you for your help.
