Metadata Error - Missing parameters for match request

I’m trying to match metadata for Outrageous Fortune S06E14, but whenever I ‘Refresh Metadata’ I get the following error:

The path to the file is:
M:\TV Shows\Outrageous Fortune\Outrageous Fortune - Season 6\Outrageous Fortune.S06E14.Their Grand Commission.avi

What’s the issue here? Is there something wrong at my end, or is there an issue with the Plex metadata API?

Plex Documentation → Your Media → Naming & Organizing Your TV Show Files

Season folders should be named Season XX, not Show Name - Season X.

Try renaming the season folder to Season 06 and correct other seasons if applicable. Plex Dance the season (or entire show) if needed.

Following those steps exactly, and even repeating them with just the one file, doesn’t seem to work for me:

I finally managed to get it to work by changing the agent to the old TVDB one, then back to the new Plex TV Series agent and re-adding the files. The original file name and path then resolved correctly and the metadata populated.

It would seem that the Plex Dance is no longer effective.
