I have one episode of a TV show that will not pull the correct metadata. I have removed the file, updated the library, cleaned bundles, and added the file back, and it still will not pull the metadata. I have looked through the logs but don’t see anything obvious. There is only one episode that is having this issue so I was thinking of manually adding the information but I thought I would see if anyone in the forums could help. I am not sure if my agents are setup correctly, I keep tweaking them when I run into an issue so they might be all messed up.
The naming structure should be correct as I am not having issues with any of the other episodes. This is the latest episode of GOT and it was added earlier than the air date so I was thinking that maybe it got locked to the local metadata since it might not have been available when it was added to my library, which is why I deleted and added it back to my library after the airdate. Here are the screen shots of my agent settings for TV Shows. Any help is greatly appreciated.
A combination of deleting the cache and removing the episode from the library and adding it back fixed the issue. Just clearing the cache didn’t work, and it was episode 6 so the TVTB information should have already been updated. Thanks for the help, I didn’t know about the cache.
