I recently got my Plex Server up and running again. I used to have DBZ on there, I reripped the discs and added it to the server and now i’m having issues getting the information to pull. Black thumbnail (no poster), no episode names, won’t even refresh or fix match. Any solutions to this? I have a couple screenshots. One has my naming convention for the file.

It’s a weird glitch right now. Should solve all of your problems.
When correcting the match, using tmdb-12971 for search and match will successfully resolve the issue.
When you have an item that cannot be matched, using the corresponding ID from IMDb, TMDB, or TVDB usually allows you to find and successfully match the item. For example, using tmdb-12971 here will return results and successfully match the item.
ive been getting quite a few metadata issues lately but only when using tvdb including this and where the show itself match but not all the eps or seasons, for example black clover will get the data for the specials but not for any other season not matter what order you use yet tmdb works fine and Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions! is missing data for specials 33 and 34
