Since yesterday (5/1/18), metadata for newly added movies is no longer downloading. The movies are shown with random poster thumbnails and no general information whatsoever. Is there any server maintenance going on? Everything has worked just fine before, I’m not doing anything different than before and I haven’t changed anything in my agents settings. I have also tried to match the movies (titles are being listed), but after I confirm them, still no metadata is being loaded. I have also moved the files out of Plex’ sight, rescanned the library, refreshed all metadata in the movies folder, emptied the trash and then moved the files back and rescanned folder/refreshed metadata, but no joy. It seems to me like it’s a server issue…or my ISP has implemented new policies and I have to change my router settings? (I hope not)
Delete post please, issue resolved by rebooting router.
