Since a few days now, I have been having problems when getting new files and getting the metadata and so forth.
I have seen a few topics here that look related, but it doesn’t seem to work. It used to work flawlessly.
It looks like it just isn’t finding anything or going out to the internet to really find the content which is verified to be existing.
Need some support with this one.
+1 here. After upgrading to Version 1.18.9.2571. Any new movie I add does not pick up metadata. If I manually give the imbd tt## code it picks it up d/l movie info but doesn’t d/l the Movie poster. I have to also add that manually… I figure it was just me… Guess not. (Running on Windows 10)

A few things to look at in your setup as there was some changes made with metadata
A) Naming is extremely important for good matching. (Warning: It may have worked in the past to vary from this convention)
B) Order of agents in stack
It is suggested to move the Local media assets agent to the bottom of stack and keep enabled
