For the past week when i try and get get metadata from plex it wont load, if i get it from imdb it loads the info but no posters for movies. Tv shows will sometimes load posters but sometimes wont load anything.

Th issue is i add media, Plex does not download the metadata/posters. Ig i change the movies to get info from imdb it gets the information but no posters, the other option doesnt work. With Tv shows The TVDB doesnt work at all and it has no success with imdb either.
I am using the latest server, the https://www.bigw.com.au/product/seagate-4tb-hard-drive-red/p/524701/ is the one im using. I have two of them and DSM i dont know what that means, it was working right then stopped.
