Metadata not populating after move, Movies only

I moved my Plex DB to a new server (Debian install and rsync’d the Plex Directory) a couple of weeks ago. Now when I add a movie I get no metadata even though I (think?) I’ve configured my Agents properly…

Where can I debug the metadata aggregation process? It seems like PLEX isn’t “seeing” the metadata sites. I go to tmdb and literally copy/paste the precise title and when refreshing metadata the rejection is almost instantaneous. I can ping and route out just fine otherwise…
